Creating Crafts develops personal expression, problem solving and technical skills. Crafts enhance the quality of life providing a sense of linkage with the rich traditions of craft that cut across ethnic, cultural and racial barriers. A crafts education promotes understanding and appreciation for our own and other cultures, identity and self-esteem, celebrating the diversity and uniqueness in all of us.
