Message to Parents Foundations of Science The Foundations of Science Class is very project oriented.  Large projects are usually completed exclusively in class. Homework can be expected 1 to 2 nights a week to supliment in-class learning.  We usually test twice a marking period and quiz twice each month. Biology Biology is a lab based class that moves quickly and often requires additional out of class learning. Class notes are usually in the form of power point presentations and are supplimented by the textbook. Homework can be expected 4 to 5 nights a week to supliment in-class learning. Each week we will complete a laboratory experiment that will be due the following TUESDAY.  Labs must be well written with thoughtful introductions and conclusions.
